Career

Vishal Purohit is a pharmacist and formulation scientist with extensive experience in pharmaceutical compounding and biopharmaceutical development. He was part of the team at Eiger Biopharmaceuticals that took the company public in 2016 via reverse merger. He currently serves as an investor and formulation scientist at Riboscience, and has co-owned multiple compounding pharmacies including Stive Compounding Pharmacy in Tampa, Florida, and Pharmacy Partners Louisville in Kentucky.

Early life

Vishal Purohit grew up in Gujarat, India, in the western part of the country. He excelled in both chess and academics, attending Catholic convent schools throughout his education: St. Joseph's School from 1st to 10th grade and St. Mary's High School for 11th and 12th grade.
